Week 1
Expect more energy, increased love for your fellow man, intense hunger (ie revved up metabolism) like Tom Hanks in Castaway before he figured out how to make fire.
Week 2
Expect 2-3 lbs lost and a new appreciation for what you are actually putting in your mouth (you utter “is it really worth it” quite frequently.)
Week 3
Expect increased strength, an unwavering desire to get more done during the day, and an ego boost knowing that you are doing something truly amazing for yourself.
Week 4
Expect to be 1-2 pants sizes smaller. I am not kidding you, one month of hard work is all it takes.
For 3 month programs just double then triple each week’s expected results.
